Facebook Post Announcing Closing:

This post has so many feelings for us. We have received such tremendous support, that we never imagined was even possible in the beginning. At this point though, it is time to face the reality that we have outgrown our current location. Parking has always been an issue, but due to the fact that we are so limited there, it affects our ability to do events of the size that we like to run and how many seats we can fill. The owners of the building have also been ready to sell for quite a while now. With this comes the inability to project if we could stay another year, or it sells and we have to leave in 60 days.

We are so very proud of what we have accomplished in Jefferson, GA. This stretches from selling out beer dinner after beer dinner all while being on the cutting edge of serving food of the freshest form. We are proud that we have built such a strong relationship of philanthropy with our partner South Jackson Elementary school through building 20 raised beds, a greenhouse, and more to come. Rest assured that this work will continue! We are proud to have had the group of regulars that helped us stay open through what is always a tough first year in this small business, so that we could get the word out farther than we ever thought it could stretch. You guys are the reason for our successes. There are so many people that we will never forget, who have supported us day in and day out, for that we are forever gracious. We are proud of the business relationships that we have built and will continue to be friends and work with in the future. We will be doing catering and have many planned events that will be released in due time in the coming months. If you are looking for private chef work or catering needs, please contact us as we are continuing this part of our business. Let us get past this week and we will fill you in on the many details as they arise.

As for our last day of operations, we will be closing the doors after business on New Years Eve December 31st. We are planning to celebrate our almost 5 years open this Friday and Saturday. We will run a special menu both days, that will cater to serving as many people as possible to join us. There will be many great specials as our goal is to be left with nothing. Please help us wrap up our best year open and make this our biggest week ever and go out with a bang!
